We recognize that some uses of copyrighted material may constitute fair use under 17 U.S.C. Section 107. Factors include:
- The purpose and character of the use
- The nature of the copyrighted work
- The amount used in relation to the whole
- The effect on the market for the original
However: We are not in a position to adjudicate fair use claims. If you believe your use is fair use, you may submit a counter-notification.

In the TTRPG context, users may:
- Reference game rules and mechanics (within fair use)

- Share homebrew materials
Users remain responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights. Age of Aeternus is an original TTRPG system with its own intellectual property.
